Lakers, Celtics, Bulls, Spurs only ones that I seen growing up that had all time greats and goat in positions

How each fan perceives who is on top is their choice but too shyt on any of I don't care who u are is down right disrespectful IMO

Don't matter in what era and what decade each deserves their due

This is a mild overstatement. The pistons really killed the Shaq/Kobe dynasty, the Heat are the only team to beat the Spurs in the Finals, ahd the Suns were never good enough defensively.
