1. The fact that it’s Luis the landlord even though Martin is clearly in Chicago to find out if Gina cheating

2. The scene obviously wasn’t planned and they ended up improving one of the funniest fight scenes of all times

3. The whole buildup to the fight and the aftermath

Martin is by far the funniest show of all time. I’m so glad I watched this live as a kid. The layers they be throwing on the jokes and situations is too fukkin much….
