My bad for being late for this showcase but Jesus Christ yall both went in. This is a hard one to judge, and I think it just goes down to preference in the end. @FunkDoc1112 simplistic boom bap vibe is pulled off to perfection to me, and the drums are crazy. @J_Nathan 's beat is more complex and varied which I like, the bassline and hats are dope as hell. Mixing on both tracks are great to me. I got Funkdoc on this by hair because of the Mobb Deep 95' aesthetic i get from it (the drums especially).

again, yall both made great work. :whew:

:patrice: J Nathan by a hair. Ive been going back and forth on this. Funkdoc was my pick earlier in the week, still the best drum quality ive heard so far. I was listening to some Shallamar earlier and it opened my ear to some other elements in Nathan's jam that created a different though process for me. The drum programming made me lean a bit towards Nathan overall:jbhmm:.

Tomorrow id likely pick Funkdoc
