Back in 01, I wasnt on the internet like that, and I live in slow ass central illinois. The 1st time I heard ether was when I bought stillmatic.
For me, the Intro signaled Nas' triumphant return. But when track 2 came on....
it was ON.
That is what hip hop is all about. It aint gotta be on no violent shyt to see who the king is. Both these dudes were millionaires. When u playin wit that type of paper, ppl shouldnt be impressed about violent shyt. nikkaz got the money to have a team of killers.
I liked the way jay & nas handled it.
I remember I was livin in ohio and my sister called me while I was gettin my oil changed. She called me and said "you know nas and jay z went on stage together last night?" I was like "you bullshyttin!!!!

I went home, got on the computer and typed in "jayz and nas on stage together" and I clicked on what happened to be a story by sohh. That right there made me register, and I been fukkin wit sohh/the coli ever since
