Yeah, you are getting racially profiled like most Black people go through, however, as long as you know that you did not do anything wrong, then that should be the only thing that matter.

I say the only time you should check someone is if a clerk actually accuses you of stealing or says/does something to you that is blatantly racially motivated. Just handle things maturely. Remember those clerks have a boss and their boss have a boss. You could get folks fired, if they act up too much.

Yeah, no, I'm done caring for other people who don't give a shyt about me. I wouldn't care if they did the same thing to other customers, but I'm a hard working adult citizen. I don't have the nerve to steal and I don't want to be treated as like I am one. I occasionally shop there like any drug
mart, they aren't special. They have cameras they can check for thrives, USE IT.
Plus,I do not care of their perception, but keep that shyt to yourself. It does not apply to me.

I hear ya. That is how I roll. I don't feed into ignorant people. If they think I will steal something, then they need to prove it. Otherwise, leave me alone.

But Im thinking to myself "Why the fukk am I afraid of going to a convenience store?" I have never stole anything and I'm busting my ass at my job that's far away from my home. I just want snacks and put money on my transit bus pass.
