My parents are creoles from Surinam goofy mofo. Some of y'all US nikkaz corny as hell :pachaha:
:mjgrin:I dont know where surinam is nor am I gonna look it up on google maps:smugfavre:but since you're from surinam and twice removed from this phenomenon I'll give you a quick rundown on why this has nothing to do with a chicken sandwich. I know you already did your googles on the tulip craze so well start in the usa. Every generation or every 20 or so years corporations create an otherwise worthless product in limited supply and they create an advertising campaign behind it to make it seem like "this is where it's at. If you ain't up on this you might as well be dead.":jawalrus: Which in turn causes a frenzy and mass hysteria in humans bcuz we naturally hard wired to want to be part of the herd, or part of the "in group". In the 80s this same exact frenzy happened with cacs over cabbage patch kids. In the 90s the frenzy was over beanie babies and tickle me Elmo. In the 2010s the frenzy is over bitcoins:sas1:. But the thing about all those previous frenzies is that the cost of entry was always too high for black americans as a group to "get in on the action" so to speak. We never got our chance as a group in this country to be part of the in crowd. Until popeyes made a cultural event with a $5.99 entry point. As a group, we can all do $5.99. Social media advertising took care of the mass hysteria bcuz the sandwich was already available for six months before the mass frenzy even started but the sandwich didnt matter back then bcuz the "in group" wasnt doing it.:unimpressed: Popeyes could've started a media blitz behind their fries if they wanted to or even a new milkshake and the mass hysteria would've been the same bcuz being able to participate with the herd or being a part of the in group is what's being triggered in people's mind the most. The sandwich is just the medium drawing yall together. Just like the beanie babies and the tickle me Elmo's in generations prior:manny:

@Black Panther you sure claim to be a intelligent guy but act like a emotional beta when you can't debate.

There's nothing to "debate".

You claimed there's "stuff in the chicken" to make people "act crazy", and offered no evidence.

I asked for evidence, and you deflected to the Russian investigation. That's why you got negged.

Negging me back for negging you first is more "emotionally beta".

I joked about a Russian Investigation(fake)

Hmmm let's look at history here...

Cocaine in Cola

Not real chicken in McD's chicken nuggets until late 2000s

McDonald's food last over a month without mold.

60% chicken and other fake meats at Subway

Carbon dioxide on poultry and meats for fresher look at grocery stores.

Formaldehyde in Smoothie Drinks like Naked..

...This isn't evidence for the claim that Popeye's put "stuff in the chicken" to make people "act crazy".

Some of these aren't even true (bolded) or relevant (italicized).

I didn't say that adding "stuff" to food is impossible, I'm saying that there's no evidence that they did indeed put "stuff in the chicken" to make people "act crazy". Two totally different things. You don't even understand my argument.

As I said, the ones that aren't true are in bold.
