FSU most certainly DID NOT play for a fukking title in 1979, that was a 4 vs. 5 game 
and in true FSU fashion yall lost that game anyway, down in the series, 15-6 when both teams are ranked but i see humility still doesnt exist so i guess we'll see whats up soon

shyt is hilarious man. Canes have had two extended down periods. mid to late 90s, and this last decade. and still lead the overall series and still have more national championships.
small private school vs a big public state school with an on campus stadium 
and they still behind in EVERYTHING.all those 4-5 star recruits they get EVERY YEAR...and in the last 16 years, they have one.....ONE...national championship. don't get me wrong, I mean...thats a lot more than...wait....thats the SAME amount as Miami over that time frame
