My managers at my job were really close. Always going on smoke break together, eating together, joking together, etc.. He made a mistake, even though he been on the job over 30 years they just let him go and had the people he considered as friends fire him and walk him out. I couldn't believe it but CACs don't care even about their own kind. That's when i learned ain't friends in business. You would think they would cover it up for him..

Just because you work with someone doesn’t mean that you’re friends. That was his biggest mistake in thinking so.

He got 25 years of steady paychecks out of the deal plus the benefit of the notoriety from the show when he could have easily replaced by someone cheaper long ago. It’s hard for me to feel bad for him if we’re being honest.
