I grew up in the late 90s and 2000s, right before a "smart phone" was in everyone hands. abut had alot of older siblings that grew up then. People did more things together. People made friends alot easier and people in general had more character/respect for themselves and others. Surprisingly people also didn't "Turn Up" as much. If you'd sit around drinking and smoking you where looked at as a bum, especially if you did these things by alone. People also went of dates alot more. If you where off work at 5 with nothing to do you maybe you go to a sit down restaurant a get something to eat or go for a drink at the bar and watch the game.
