Might of been folks talking out their ass75% failure in calc 2? nikka what are you guys majors? Im not saying the class is easy but ill be damned if that many ppl fail (Im an engineer btw so I guess alot of smart ppl in that major)
It really boils down to the teacher. I had to take Calc 2 twice. My first teacher was an Asian woman that barely spoke English and she was an "easy" teacher as far as grading but she couldn't teach for shyt. Second time I took it, I had a better teacher. She focused on concepts and relating problems to real life situations. Once you get the concepts, the shyt is gravy. Khanacademy.org also has some calculus classes.Man you're on some other level then.
I feel like I was just violated. Calc I for me was cake. Easily got an A in that class. I can already tell I'll be lucky to scrap by in this class with a b or c. shyt.
That site actually looks pretty dope. Might use it. Props.
If your local community college offers it, take it there. In the event you don't pass, it's cheaper to retake vs taking it at a university.I haven't taken calc yet but I'm scared as fukk after hearing everybody talk about it.
Werd?If your local community college offers it, take it there. In the event you don't pass, it's cheaper to retake vs taking it at a university.
Werd?
Thanks I'm doing this community college to university transfer program for industrial or mechanical engineering so I might look into that.
Yeah, it's definitely the less expensive option. There may be some scholarship or grant money availble too depending on how popular the program is or if you committ to transfering to a certain university after graduation.Werd?
