idk, let drake live, I'm not a fan personally, but most of these rappers careers can barely last a couple of years and with Drake out the picture, its going leave a void in the mainstream cuz nobody else is capable of offering any lingering significance or star power. With him out the paint, Kanyes going to be the only culturally relevant artist left and he's past his prime. Mess around and end up shooting yourselves in the foot.

There don't need to be "lingering significance or star power". Rap can (and did) exist totally independent of mainstream recognition.
