Los Ingobernables de Sala de Cine
I didnt really think it was that good... visually it was on point but at a lot of parts the direction was lacking.
Like when the king and queen are setting sail and right away you see their ship sinking in a storm I was like when I should have been sad if shyt was presented right.
Then when she sings the cold never bothered me anyway she has like girly spunk when she just had to leave her home behind to live in a fukkin mountain b. You should be sad not pretending youre in a disney channel music video. Wack.
Overall I give the movie a C+, I enjoyed Aladdin and the King of Thieves straight to VHS more.
Princess and the Frog and Tangled were way better films imo, and I do agree that Toy Story 3 is truly great,
The parents' death scene killed me as well. One scene of the father telling her daughter there's nothing to worry about, then it cuts straight to the ship capsizing like fukk that shyt, you know it was coming anyway.
I think part of that was done intentional though since a lot of the movie played with Disney clichés, what with Disney parents dying all the damn time. And then you had stuff like Kristoff going in on Anna for wanting to marry a guy she met just that day, and her reasoning being that they connected so well in a song. Dude went in on her for like five minutes straight about how ridiculous that whole concept is, and then later when the prince did his heel turn he went in on her too.
I do agree about the part where Elsa goes to live in her icy castle on a mountain top though. Let It Go is a great song but it didn't really fit how she should be feeling being just cast out of her kingdom for reasons beyond her control. This probably has to do with the fact Elsa was supposed to be the villain at first but the producers changed their minds so the tone of the scene was changed completely.
