He died because he waited to long to get his life in order and staying with her is why he didn't until the end. Had he ditched her after he left WWF and never brought her to ECW and then WCW he would've cleaned upped his act a lot sooner and most likely would've been back in the WWE by 2001 and stayed there a while. Most likely not breaking his leg which lead to his death. This evil bytch lives because the evil ones usually live longer than good people.
