Even when they TRY to talk to each other, they refuse to talk to each other. Jim went to Randall like "I'm not mad you were in the woods with my teenaged daughter, but I know something's going on and I want to help. What's happening?" and Randall's response is "I've got my own shyt going on Jim. Leave me alone."

shyt is infuriating. Everyone in the town knows they're in a fukked up place that you can't escape with monsters that kill people at night, magical trees that put people through concrete if they walk through it at the wrong time, and causes you to see things that aren't there.

Why do they not tell each other when new weird shyt happens.

Jade sees someone else that's not there then goes when Victor's dad asks if he's good.

If this show was good that would have been the cliffhanger last season. They don’t understand they can still write for the show if they progress the plot but they try to make it a modern day soap opera and want it to continue with the set they built forever

Yeah that's the word I was looking for.

The plot never advances. There is never a new big bad, never new issues that pop up once old issues get resolved

Nothing. They are essentially in the same spot they were 2-3 seasons ago.
