The not comunicating shyt has to be intentional at this point, like what was even the point of the black dude and the awful teenager bonding if he is not gonna tell her shyt and just go off on his own to creepy places.

Also really hate how they keep cutting away from scenes, like when dude entered the cellar, don't fukking divide that into like 3 scenes, just let it play out.

Also I was sure the weird old lady was an insider ala squid game, that fact that she was apparently a real character is hilarious.

Yea I’ll keep watching but it’s clear this is just gonna keep doing this shyt. Last two eps felt like what you might expect from the second or third episode of a season: some teases of things to come, interesting personal dynamics between characters, cliff hangers for non-season ending stuff. But that’s not how episode 7 should be, of any show.

Really looks like the brutal death of Kenny’s mom was the only hook they had this season for audiences. All that “scariest show ever” promo shyt hinged entirely on that one scene. Since then it hasn’t come close to that shyt. Which is why it just looks like marketing for a long con.

Last ep was heavy on Victor and the doll. This ep they get two scenes and nothing happens lol.

She doesn’t even do anything lol, it’s just to tag along. I really like this cast and it’s crazy how much they get wasted.

I enjoyed the Boyd/Donna scene btw. Built on their previous convo and kept the drama up. Both had good points, and clearly Donna’s view wins out based on what Fatima did.

Yup that ends up being the issue: they don’t allow her time to cook with any pairing so it ends up feeling directionless.

I thought they really found something with her and Elgin (someone her own age) but instead of building on that, she’s off again playing tag along.

Also, Boyd may not be an actual cop/sheriff but he is tenured if not decorated US Military…

It’s kinda wild that they left that part out as to why/how he ended up in “charge”.

IIRC he was getting them organized even before he found the talismans.

Honestly this is my new Titans, I lovr to hate on it, too bad the thread is not as fun, at one point with Titans we all accepted the fukkery and thread was hilarious.

This is just one of those type of shows that I look at because I started and it was once held my interest. Now it just is watched to pass the time the past two seasons.
