Ironically, I bought MKX and GGX initially on disc due to sales essentially, or rather just using Games Club Unlocked and BB perks to get them both for real cheap at launch. I only paid 7 bucks actually for GGX. Though I sold GGX back to BB for like 33 bucks, so I have to rebuy it digitally. Imma wait till it drops in price again tho.

damn thought I was gonna beat this dude that was 51-0 but that stupid pop up kick/slide or whatever you wanna call it from Erron Black got me in the end

I wish they would've given Jason his Manhattan outfit.
This has been my first fighting game I've actually put some time in since Soul Calibur 2 on PS2 and I'm loving it. 
I'm not going to lie I was flat out awful when I first picked it up. But I've been getting my skill up a lot lately
. Online really makes fighting games worth it

A lot of it, is getting down those core fundamentals to the point you can basically predict your opponents next move and have a counter for everything they might try to throw at you. You combine that with the kombos and it's easy money.
Nothing more satisfying then hitting someone online with a 35%+ combo to win the round when they're only a couple hits away from winning and then seeing getting a Quitality right as the final round starts.
FPS have gotten old to me, I think I'm going to try the fighting game scene this generation.

I didn't really dig into MK9, and played like 1 hour of Injustice, but MKX man. Probably my favorite fighter since SF4. I think it's my current GOTY.
