How do you beat Scorpion nikkas using the same teleport and throwing them front and ground things? 
how is people downplaying him when everyone uses him? Online all I see is Scorpions, Sub-Zeros and Kung Jins. He has every tool you need to succeed (quick projectile, long reach, combo ability, hard to punish), and in general is becoming one of the most popular characters in the game.

Once a good Scorpion get's into his vortex, you gotta guess where his mixups is going to to go, block and punish.How do you beat Scorpion nikkas using the same teleport and throwing them front and ground things?
They're gonna try to train you to keep blocking one way and then hit you with the okie-doke when you least expect it.
A lot of Scorpions go for the overhead opener after the teleport, block it standing and then punish that shyt.
Yep, the only time people throw it out is from either full screen or if they can combo into it. If somebody is throwing just raw-ass ground demons, block it low I think and you're free to punish it.
he's one of many characters I mess with. I think everyone especially the not-so-great ones should give him a try, probably the best character to get the hang of the mechanics in the game but still do damage and look flashy. I'm actually gonna focus on the Ancestral variation just to mix it up a bithate you easy combo Kung Jin guys
