it would give them some flexibility staying below the luxury tax and 1st apron but the only way they'd get either is via trade or signing them to mid level exception or another exception. if the lakers renounced all their free agents including bron, dfs, and hayes they would still only be in the range of 15-17 mil under the cap.

I'm not mad at all. Glad LeBron is picking up the slack when Luka has an off night.

I think the best thing about this team right now is that if one of AR/Luka/Bron has an off night then we have 2 others to step up and rely on. Depth
