Never said JJ is not ass, both of them have flaws. Ham has CTE and JJ is obviously doing something wrong if he can't get the team to play defense .

But a big part of coaching is what happens when the other coaches adjust and take away your best shyt. I think that's what we're seeing with Reddikk now. His bag ain't as deep as he thought probably and other coaches have caught on.
