Both cases were hard to crack and present a case as far as law enforcement goes ...based off greg kadings finds anyway .... Suge we can see his motives..he's a businessman and saw the financial gains in taking out Bad Boy the new comer and main competitor for Black hearts and minds.
Pac's an artist, he was not moved by money but fame for himself and DR and probably taking harder drugs than weed that fueled his rage and pep talks from Suge.
