You can't just steal shyt, give credit and all is well.. You have to get permission, sign contracts, discuss splits and yes, the publishing as well. So yes, if her lawyers didn't sign all that paperwork then, then they definitely have a case

that's my point, if the correct credit is given then all that has already been done, she just didn't know about it. it's all done through labels and lawyers etc the artist isn't usually the first point of contact especially if she's fairly obscure and in another country.
