One of my direct reports did the procedure at my previous job and I won’t even lie his beard came out great. He had to take an L for a couple months post recovery but after that it looked like success. I was impressed.

And he has a beard in the before pic, not sure why he thought he needed surgery. When I was 24 my beard was patchy and not very full too. It has only now started to grow in fully in my early 30s. Some ethnicities gotta give it a little time, we can't all be like Arabs or Greeks.
