French divorcee who stopped having sex with husband wins appeal at European court

I keep asking why we need court involvement in relationships.

They basically tried to tell her how often she needs to have sex with her husband. Clearly overstepping as usual.

She filed for divorce. The courts originally found her at fault for the divorce. Meaning she won’t get alimony (or less of it), assets and etc.

She appealed it by saying the court shouldn’t tell me what her duties are as a wife and that she doesn’t have to have sex with her husband.

We've given courts so much power over petty relationship stuff, that you don't even have to be married anymore for them to get involved.
Saw a thread sometime ago where a dude had a long term girlfriend. Lived in separate homes the entire relationship. Still had to pay her spousal support when they broke up. and nobody bats an eye. Its just treated as normal for them to have this much control over peoples lives.
