Damn what type of phone you got?
If u have a iphone garageband an option. if u have droid gonna have to google but try smart recorder lite, music studio lite, multi tracc song recorder or go to the muisc app section. If all else fails get a lil logitech mic from walmart n dwnload audacity,kristal,sonar,mixcraft,SONAR etc any free open source or trial version DAW
