Between body weight and free weights there’s no reason to use machines in my opinion

I'm probably about 50/50 now that I think about it. But they are little accessory shyt. Tricep cable machine, lateral raises machine, t bar rows, cable rows, hamstring curls. All my big compounds.... bench, shoulder press, weighted chins, squats.... free weights.
I am damn near all machines now. HS flat bench, dips, leg press. Only free weight shyt I still do is incline bench and weighted chins. Not sure if shyt like cable tricep extensions count as machines

I'm too old and don't have enough time for free weights... I used to take like an hour just to do squats and deads
