They're not looking for people from Seychelles nor Liberia(dafuq?Liberia is literally in the midst of west Africa).

I don't understand. Besides the fact that the different peoples aren't held in by these foreign drawn borders. If you're grandparents are Igbo from Nigeria, Cameroon, or even E.G., what difference would it make? I don't think they grasp this.
