Lean is very unhealthy but no one has ever died solely from drank, now them xans will give you regular seizures and the APAP in percs will cut thru your kidneys like a butter knife. Mix all three together in a daily routine like most of these mfs do and you living on a countdown

I'm a noob so if u get organ failure of any kind it's automatically a wrap unless u get a transplant? U can't get better with diet and medication?

It depends on the situation and what caused it. You can go into acute kidney failure (for example) and if the cause is corrected you can be ok with minimal to no damage. Now if it isn’t caught in time then your kidneys can be shot as far as acute failure.

Then you have folks with chronic organ failure that’s related to years of poor health maintence which can be related to substance abuse or just a shytty lifestyle. These issues can take a long time before serious complications occur if they follow their treatment plan. If not then chronic organ failure can progress pretty quickly. Your COPD, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, liver disease (includes Hep positive folks), and etc. All of these have stages of failure, but compliance plays a huge role.

I don’t know much about Fredo treatment but I’m sure he had some kinda kidney damage last October. Doctors probably warned him that he had to change his lifestyle and his kidney function was probably poor. He kept abusing and blam.

At my job there’s a patient who has been getting dialysis since they were 20ish because their kidneys were shot from drug abuse. I give them credit for still being alive so many years later cause on god I’d never do that dialysis shyt 3 times a week for the rest of my life. No thanks.

It's not just the lean that cause the liver failure & kidney failure, these dudes be on percs, roxys, oxys, 30s, xans, and drink liquor on top of all of that, he definitely had PTSD growing up in Chicago seeing all those murders & homicides, losing family and close friends, warring with rival sets and hoods, nikkaz be carrying alot of emotional and mental baggage around, keep it gangster i'm still kinda fukked up from getting shot at & having my door kicked down 6 in the morning, being robbed at gun point losing friends etc...at work one of supervisors keep asking me if i'm good lol nikka said i have the thousand yard stare & be looking serious, i can just relate to the self-medication these dudes be on RIP Bro
