Neither was Manny. Guess they're smarter than him. You're not the scum supporting the Algieri fight, are you?
Smarter than a fighter making 8 figure guaranteed purses plus fighting on ppv against someone with no draw?? :mjlol: I yhink not.. im looking forward to the fight and I commend Algeiri for stepping up to the plate unlike those other coward waiting around praying they win the Mayweather sweepstakes

Smarter than the fighter settling a $68m tax lien from two different countries.

The thought of Arum giving a fighter that's not TR a :deadmanny: fight N not wanting him to sign to TR or get options:mjlol:

Im sure the same people cool with Algieri getting a Manny fight were cool with Floyd fighting the lineal WW champ of the world Baldomir right??

:sas2:

And he STILL fought Judah (Provodnikov) first, before he fought Baldomir (Algieri), even though Judah lost to Baldomir because that's the fight the public preferred. Also, at least Floyd vs Baldomir was for the 147 Championship....Wtf is Manny fighting Algieri for in a non-title bout:snoop:

I remember Floyd took heat for both of those fights:russ:

How did Miguel Cotto do it? Further, I don't know if that # you allotted for GBP is true but it would depend on budget.
miguel cotto just happened to be in a unique situation and made the best of it.. he wanted another big payday like he did when he fought Pac minus the assbeating and Floyd conveniently saw an opportunity to pick off another one of Pac's leftovers getting the 154 belt in the process.. Cotto wasnt told, you still got Manny Pacquiao problems though :mjpls:

But this has nothing to do with the direction you take your career.. Manny stupidly let a small tax issue blow up into a huge issue by not handling his business.. Most of them nikkas under Haymon would've headlined a ppv by now if they didn't allow him to control there career and worked with TR..

:mjpls:...signing a 2-3 fight deal, getting a title shot vs Pac on ppv in the process, and possibly earning multiple career high paydays?? Who in their right mind want to do that? :mjpls:

Look at Chavez Jr yall :umad:

@Newzz
I wasn't mad at all when Floydie fought Baldomir, I just felt he should've fought Zab after him since Zab was coming off a loss... both fights did around the same in ppv #s anyway..

Yeah, that unique position was being a free agent.

Cotto didn't have Manny Pacquiao problems either... Manny had Bradley and Marquez problems remember, Pac had no choice but to fight them again... He had to resign to do it..
He was a free agent and thus was able to choose freely.
