Gibbs spitting that shyt on Skinny Suge :whew:

Man, my uncle died off a overdose
And the fukked up part about that is I know I supplied the nikka that sold it
Put a pistol to my head, I was way too scared, drunk off emotions
I'm drinkin' and takin' these drugs 'cause I can't numb the pain with smokin'
Loner but I hate to be lonely
I fukk a bytch, she fall in love, but I just wanna be homies
If I fall off or get locked up she might just fukk on the homies
Most nikkas die over love for a bytch or havin' trust in they homies

:wow:
This is my favourite track off the album:wow:

Me too. I like Gibbs being introspective and there's just something about those somber guitars and those rusty drums that really pulls some heavy stuff out of Gibbs on there. I like how it's followed with such a hard track in All Glass too. It's like, 'I'm cool baring my soul, but don't ever forget that I'm nice as a fukk before I head out of here'

All Glass grew on me. :picard: Some of the hardest bars on the entire album. Those violent lines over those church organs. It's almost got Just Blaze/PSA vibes. And that vocal sample that comes in at the end of each verse? And the Breaking Bad sample at the end?:wow:

fukkin' Gibbs went out with a bang on that joint.

Funny, it's one my least favorite. Production sounds muddy until the :58 mark. Then Alc adds a lil more but it still doesn't hit. And Freddie's vocals from a out midway through the 2nd verse till the end sounds off beat in a weird way.

I ain't mad at that. It was my least favorite song too. This morning I played the album though and it just hit me different this time around. I agree the production does sound almost sounds a little busy, which is usually the opposite of how his beats sound. But Gibbs' rapping really sells it for me anyways.

My least favorite joint is probably Look at Me, but just because it feels unfinished and is placed weird. Reading that interview with them it made sense too. Alc wanted to take it off the album because he couldn't find a good spot to put it, but Gibbs pushed to keep it on there.
