After last night Grizz Thunder game this series and the eastern conference in general hit me like a ton of bricks...
Grizz and Thunder played one of the top 10 basketball games OF ALL TIME last night...just clutch play after clutch play after clutch play...
Meanwhile...in the eastern conference...the number 1 seed has to try and SAVE THEIR SEASON against the number 8 seed...that had a losing record...that lost their best player...that tried to tank...that had the GM literally say "we are not trying to make the playoffs"...that got in because they were the best worst team and were unfortunate enough...in this instance...to have a former spurs assistant as their coach (having a former spurs assistant is an automatic +5 to your chances of winning anything)
I am literally about to go from watching a real rough ass dude like Tony Allen say "fukk you Kevin Durant and fukk these refs and fukk your mvp trophy, I am going to get up in your chest and make every shot you take the most difficult shot you take all year"
To watching a 7 foot man not be able to get a rebound...while not being able to play defense at all really anymore, while getting his shot blocked by somebody who looks like a bald eagle with a perm...and that is not even the beginning of the problems with this team...
Scola and Watson might have to save their season...what?
David West supposed to be a leader and all this went down on his watch...what?
Paul George literally said last game "I don't know what happened with the score I wasn't in the game"...what?
I been looking for my scotch tape all day and can't find it...now i realize it's probably because Evan Turner stole it to tape his ankles before the game starts
