That's what I never understood. Watermelon has been virtually mandatory in all my family gatherings. Chicken is delicious too. I don't understand why its associated with Blacks as if nobody else loves that shyt.

Funny thing is they ALWAYS pull stuff like this. It once again shows and proves their insecurity of colored skin. That's why they enslave, because of fear. They pull ish like this out of fear.

Funny thing is, black folk don't pull ish like this. We not on social media in "whiteface." We don't even care about them. Their insecurity is evident. I went to St Johns and saw them TKE cats up close. They well known for causing trouble as they were suspended during my years there. Funny thing was, there was a black cat that joined them so they would be stupid to try some ish like this on campus.

If y'all seen Mandela, (not to spoil it) the white folks felt the same way after they saw the Africans were going to take power in South Africa, they were fearing for their lives cuz they were scared Mandela and his people would seek retribution for the decades of unjustice given to the Africans. I mean they told Mandela, " you going to seek revenge on us if you get in power right?"

Scared cacs is what they always were. I honestly think that if the situation was reversed, black wouldn't have taken over the way whites did. All they have shown is strength in numbers and that they will take whatever they want. No respect for land or nature like the native Americans and Africans. They just take like disgusting rats or pigs. Just greedy since the dawn if time.

it's similar. our ancestors used to fry chicken in africa too, and in america chickens are cheaper to raise than four legged animals so black people had more access to that than beef and pork. anything that we have some cultural tie to that normally would be a strength to other people will actually be used against us in america. since the point of early stereotypes was to imply animalistic behavior, any food that had been eaten in africa or was more affordable to african americans has been turned into evidence of mindless desire on the part of black people.

of course, these stereotypes are so old that to some extent they have outlived their original use. now young white kids bring up chicken and watermelon simply because they know it is supposed to be offensive, these kids no longer even know why.

A white college fraternity doing something insensitive and racist for a holiday honoring an important black figure? Not surprised.

I was talking about white fraternities in general and the type of mentality that they have. And we know that those guys are still getting decent jobs when they graduate even if they don't do anything in school.
