Yes this is what needs to happen in sure Casey would 100% agree with you

it has to be executed by the players not by the coach

Coach wont entertain the idea, cuz he thinks theres nothing run with running a sub 30% guard heavy iso offense...this is why coaching matters.

HE thinks 'eventually" demar will start making these shots at slightly higher but still inefficient clip and that will turn the tide :mjlol:

What great offensive players has he had :mjlol:

Vogel is a top 5 coach with a shytty roster

False. His current roster is not a 19th or worse offense. Not even close. They are 14th (above average) or better talent-wise.

7th in the east is not a good team it's better to miss the playoffs
They have a young nucleus where if they get a few FA on the market they could compete in the East, and you get rid of the excellent coach they have behind that for what?
So you can crash the frachise and lose PG after a year because he doesn't want to go through a rebuild, and fukk up your young talent's development?
Bird is a terrible executive and he has set this team back. IMHO

Look at what he was working with. It was in his best interest to slow the game down and focus on defense. Don't expect somebody to make spaghetti when the only ingredients you gave them was cucumbers and a donut.

He wasn't working with 19th or worse offensive talent. Not even close. Especially this season. It was brutal to watch how they couldn't get a bucket for nothing against Toronto. They made Toronto look like Thibb's Bulls teams.

cac firing another cac? :leon: that sounds interesting

all these desperate teams thinking a new coach will change the offense. Vogel did cost them game 5 though, and he is not a really great offensive coach, but they cant turn trash into gold by simply changing a coach. If that was any other team from top 8 the pacers would have lost series quicker.
