In a way it is...on sum of these "charges" if nikkas wuz playin streetball where there are no fouls they wouldn't be falling backward in order to SELL the charge....they'd try to stay standing to not show weakness and so they wouldn't get clowned on the playground for lettin a nikka run them over...these players are taught to "sell" so the offensive foul can get called...where does the line get drawn?
