Fast Lane was the PPV. They had their match in 2015. I still have yet to see the match.
Yeah that must be it, it was pretty good. With Bryan the heel now could have an interesting dynamic. He's been doing good mic work too, maybe could help Roman.

There really was no fresh feud for AJ Styles. That played a factor. He was on Smackdown Live from the start of the brand split. I'm not saying that's the sole reason but it played a part.Agreed
AJ felt stale on sd
Whereas bryans whole heeel style was fresh and more entertaining
The whole thing wit kofi wasnt even planned and was gold becuz of both being something fresh
That would actually be really good, I remember they had a good match previously, forgot the PPV, Roadblock or some shyt...
Fastlane. And this time around it could be even better with D-Bry working on top and doing cut offs while Roman does his comebacks, basically their strengths
And I'm also fascinated with the idea of Bryan doing everything in his power to get booed. against Roman. shyt should be gold.
AJ getting that road fatigue.. He was never made to wrestle 150+ days a year.AJ seemed to get too comfortable to me, for whatever reason he seemed to get too caught up in the WWE style of doing the same moves and spots, his matches felt too routine. Before it felt like a legit fight and competition. I hope he can break out of that, it annoys me because he's a great wrestler, but he's been coasting for a while. Earlier on he had some brilliant matches with the likes of Cena and Reigns, needs to get back on top form.
