I haven't watched this just because it is nothing like the comics to be honest.

Yeah, I seen that most people watch this for the actor playing Lucifer and nothing else.
I'm not too familar with the comic book myself, but I do like how the show borrows elements from bilibical times, despite the fact I'm not religious.

The comic books have almost nothing to do with Lucifer and cops and stuff and it's just about hell and heaven and Lucifer gaining his independence.

Are the writers choosing to end this or is Netflix canceling? I don’t know why they would want to end it. Unless they have a spin-off planned

I think the show did well enough on Netflix that maybe Netflix would’ve done 2-3 seasons more
Although it might be better to get a quality season instead of them dragging it out
