He had to have gone bat shyt crazy on them or something, honestly, if not then, like him or not its not really a fire-able offense and makes the network look terrible for how they treat employees
That's like a regular employee getting fired for asking if they can move to a different department or work on a new project. You have to fire an employee wanting more work? Just like that after being competent with their current role for a few years
The fact they did a whole investigation lets me know it gotta be a lot more to this story we will probably never know, I'm sure he signed an ironclad NDA
