Public perception and legal standards are two different things.
by the letter of the law, Fox sports is liable for sexual harasmment for what they did to Joy Taylor. Period. No argument, thats a wrap.
Now she can profit off having them in the vice, if they believe her allegations are meritless and they can get rid of her, she will be fired in the coming weeks.
