That's a PC mod, of course it will look better than Xbox, Forza 5 on PC looks way better than that mod though
You can run that mod with the 400 dollar gpu, the 1500 is overkill for gaming, people use it for rendering and other shyt
Them mods look worst than the real game on ultra settings, they all over saturated
