I’m intrigued by this game, for a minute I thought it was the game they showcased in the tech demo. I’m in though, looks like it could be fun

It seems to be a realized version of that tech demo, so you're most likely right. That glowing wolf thing they have in the trailer is just like what they had some of the creatures do in the demo all those years ago. A lot of the FF fans thought it'd become FFXVI, but this looks really good.

Also this game looks like FFXV. It's the same engine, but it just looks and feels a lot like how XV ran. Most likely it'll be way more fleshed out, but the assets and models look like a Luminous Engine creation. (I can probably tell because XV took up a lot of my life up to release. )
