I heard her announce for the first time a few weeks ago. Shocked the hell out of me. I wasn't expecting all that. She's not out there trying to sound pretty, she's trying to promote the spectacle and make the talent feel significant. Reading bout how she makes a point to announce different talent differently based upon their characters & motivations is brilliant. I thought she was just another pretty face but nah. She's genuinely talented.
