Yea but who did he really beat during his title reign? ADR, Miz, Ziggler, Nobody even in the same stratosphere as a Rock, Lesnar or Undertaker so him going over those guys really did nothing to elevate him or add to his "Best In The World" moniker.. His feud with Cena is what carried his title reign it's not like he was burying anybody, maybe u could argue Ryback but he shouldn't even have been in that position because he wasn't ready nor had the skill..a simple case of WWE booking themselves into a corner.

Like I earlier stated, him going over Lesnar or Taker in rematches would have done more good for his character then him going over ADR, Miz or Ziggler ever did. It was him and Cena and then everyone else with Bryan not yet at the forefront in the eyes of higher ups. He was by far the number 1 heel so him going over one of the part-timers including Triple H should have happened at some point.

Who's fault is that? And if he speaks up as half as much as he claimed, why did he put up with having those kind of opponents?

And him going over Lesnar and Taker is not even possible if the entire roster didn't lay down for him on PPV to get to that point of credibility.

taking away the shorts sponsorship shyt is lame too

i feel some type of way about this because we know WWE been doing this. Benjamin when he was hot was offered a deal from UNDER ARMOR and WWE turned it down. that type of attention might have turned Benjamin into a huge star, he had the athletic pedigree for it. but of course the whole mic skill thing only applies to him but not to certain others. :mjpls:

that's not the point. we're not talking about hypothetical shyt or what MIGHT have happened.

we're talking about AS it happened.

so i ask again... AS it happened... AS it unfolded... AS you saw it... in 2012... when punk and bryan had their feud... did you for one second ever question who was going to come out on top?

Wtf are u talking about? Alot of people thought Punk was gonna finally drop the belt...you're just creating stuff out of thin air.

I think Jesse Ventura tried to create one back in the day but it was a non-starter

People were actually behind Ventura when he had the idea, but Hogan ended up selling him out, and that was the end of that.

I'm going through this interview right now, but from reading some of the shyt about his health, those issues ALONE vindicates every action he's taken since leaving. They let this dude wrestle with an undiagnosed MRSA infection? Unconscionable. I have a student right now who has MRSA, and I've told her explicitly to stay as far away from a classroom as possible and prioritize her health above everything. The fact that these idiots put the entire fukking locker room in danger like that constitutes criminal negligence. Utterly reprehensible.

Don't know how you can defend WWE after merely reading some of the things he's revealing here.

Ok, I'll change that to reddit. They're already going in on Ryback like they weren't popping for his legendary hospital bed promo just a few months ago. And one thing I'll say is there's no way Ryback hurt Punk "on purpose". Punk was already hurt. That burial was unnecessary.

EDIT: And it begins

:pachaha:

yeah i dont think dude is out there tryna kill people on purpose, i just think he was sloppy. especially during his first run as a face.

i mean swagger has injured a couple of dudes and he is supposed to actually know how to wrestle :manny:

Really great interview, I came away feeling lots of sympathy for Punk.

The doctor stuff is insane... and if you need more proof of it, read Bob Holly's book. Similar thing happened to him with an undiagnosed staph infection that they ignored. Insisted that they need him in Europe, to be in battle royal. Gets home and his own doc says he could have died.

British Bulldog dealt with something similar.
