this isn't an absolute of course but.........gluttons tend to look only after their fleshly desires....do you have a medical condition for your obesity or are you just a pleasure eater?

the theory is pleasure eaters seek pleasures elsewhere too despite the negative impact on themselves or others...the sexually degenerate (molesters and pedos) tend to be lard-asses typically or medically obese. something about not denying themselves pleasures at any cost. not my theory originally heard it from an older female relative she's an ex-nurse with a degree in criminology and social work:francis: dunno if she's done the empirical research (i doubt it) but the connections make sense.

here's a definition for you:

If your BMI is 18.5 to <25, it falls within the healthy weight range. If your BMI is 25.0 to <30, it falls within the overweight range. If your BMI is 30.0 or higher, it falls within the obesity range.

BMI is a person’s weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. A high BMI can indicate high body fatness.
@Mr anansi if you are a heavy pleasure eater and addicted to junk food and high calorie food how long does it take to beat the addiction of it?

Reading this makes Elizabeth Gillies' marriage all the more weird.
:ohhh:

*googles*

"Liz Gillies told Vogue they met years ago and she always had a crush on him but "played it cool". They dated for six years before marrying."

Her husband is 20 yrs. older and they got married in 2020. That means she was 21 and he was 41 when they started dating. Also, he was the composer for Dan's shows like Victorious. :snoop:

For the duration of their pre-marriage relationship, Gillies and Corcoran kept their dating life on the down-low for some obvious reasons. Gillies was 18, and Corcoran was 38 when they first started dating. But, they met as co-workers when she was only 16.

According to Gillies, “I always had a crush on him… But I played it cool.”

If your kids are going to be in the entertainment industry you gotta sit down first with yourself and then with them and some hard truths need to laid out right out of the gate.

You are to be with them at all times. While on set. When they go out. Won't be any parties where they go out alone. You want a party? We have money from your acting/singing. We can throw a damn bash in the back yard or we can rent out some big building and go nuts. We can do this for years!

Most parents with kids in the industry aren't doing this. They are so happy to be able to pay their bills and fukk off that the kids are literally being used like a cash cow. Left with whoever. Doing whatever. And not being allowed to ever say no because the financial milk must flow.

Now McCurdy my heart goes to her because her mom was there but was evidently a lunatic. Double bad luck and you can't cash out your winnings in that casino. You just keep playing the bad hand over and over hoping for a miracle.

People say entertainment isn't for kids. I disagree. It takes a certain type of guardian though. Because while a high percentage of folks just do their job and go home(or at least go do deviant shyt with adults while coked up) they keep it away from kids because they were mostly raised with sense.

Not everybody was raised to keep it away from kids.
Yep.

GREAT examples are:

-Beyoncé’s parents (father’s cheating and drug scandals withstanding): they kept her away from the perils of the industry. While the other girls were focused on fun and dating, she was honing her craft and preparing to take over the industry. Does that mean I think Beyonce never had “fun” or dated (even before JayZ)? Naw, of course not. But what that does mean is that her parents sat her down and let her know how to conduct herself at all times and what the end goal was. NO SCANDALS. NO VERIFIED STORIES. You see it in her now. She is ice cold when it comes to her business dealings. Great parenting.

-Serena&Venus’s dad (marriage/family scandals withstanding): He trained, guided and shielded his daughters from racism at EVERY corner well into their adulthood, until they were able to stand on their own. It takes A LOT for little dark skinned girls from meager beginnings to hold onto their confidence and blossom surrounded by racists in and out of their industry. He did an amazing job raising CHAMPIONS.

-Nick Cannon’s parents: Now, I think Nick Cannon is currently out of his fukking mind, but best believe his parents did their job when he was young. He was the youngest exec at Nickelodeon at one point; creating and producing programming, was in a slew of movies in his youth, made music and created his own major platform (Wildin Out), although it seems he didn’t actually have ownership of said platform. A young person doesn’t achieve those things in their 20s out of the blue.

-Yara Shahidi: beautiful young actress who found success on network TV who, instead of soaking up the fame and acting a fool on social media, spent her time studying and graduating from Harvard.

-Tyra Banks: When she decided to be serious about modeling, her parents decided that her mother would travel with her full-time. She essentially had a chaperone into her adult age, which kept her out of the drug, party, sex scene in the modeling industry.

There are others, but yea…if you’re going to have a kid in the industry, you have to be on top of EVERYTHING.

True. Guarding the child becomes a full time job. Or else. It's a dirty world. I love your examples.
