They still gotta pay, I had a coworker and who had no insurance and she got hit by a car who was 100% at fault and thr guy apologized at the scene infront of cops, she was illegal as well. She got a ticket for no insurance but I told her to go to a lawyer and chiropractor and she got a 18k settlement.

You know them lawyers will find a way, she had to go to the chiropractor to get an injury settlement but her car was totaled because of the airbags being deployed. They had to pay for the car and injuries sustained. Lawyers took a big cut but she still got 12k after it was all said and done
