there were like 7 actors in that movie who were distracting, and he was far and away the worst.


for the record you can keep making your black jokes, that's fine, but i watched AMC movie talk before and they discussed how Whitaker probably won't be too distracting, but Sam was in the prequels... but it was 2 whites and a chinaman so...

Sam Jackson was the basis for The Ultimates Nick Fury maybe 5/6 years before he showed up in the movies. It was only right they went and hit up the gawd.

Forest Whitaker is a better actor than Sam Jackson. I didn't think Sam Jackson was bad in the Star Wars movies, they are bad enough by themselves. He was just as ho-hum as the rest of the cast (mostly).
