John Cena has been sued by Ford for selling a $500,000 2017 Ford GT. Ford says Cena violated a contract by selling it according to the lawsuit, which TMZ reports was filed in US District Court in Michigan.

According to the suit, Cena was “selected from thousands of applicants for the opportunity to purchase the Ford GT.” Ford claims that a condition for receiving the car was signing a contract in which he agreed to hold onto the car for two years. However, the suit claims that Cena flipped the car for a profit soon after.

The filing states, “Mr. Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorized resale flip of the vehicle, and Ford has suffered additional damages and losses, including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale.”

Ford claims that Cena told the company that he sold the car along with other property in order to pay bills. They are demanding that Cena hand over the profit for the sale, plus damages.

Ford gt aint no ordinary car

just used a basic example to show how much Ford makes from an average vehicle. God only knows the profit they are making on the high end vehicles.

at the end of the day if Cena signed a contract that he wouldn't sell it for two years then he's screwed.

What did they expect when his big ass could barely fit in that bytch... :mjlol:

Dude seemed mad ungrateful he had like one of the first prototypes off the line. Guys like Cena don't deserve nice cars because they don't cherrish them. but that's ford problem they don't make these cars for regular people to buy... :coffee: So I'm not crying over their problems...

Question is did you a$$holes over at Ford gave him the car for free or gave him a discount because he's john Cena?:mjlol: Did you specifically tell him you can't sell the car for up to two years and you are legally obligated to have it for the duration of that time? No??? :ld: then how could you be mad he probably didn't know.

Some dudes have all the luck tho....:francis: gets a prototype Ford GT and sells the shyt for half a milli.
