I'm hitting the A up in June to see for myself.

See if I really want to move to DC/DMV or reconsider. What's the African community looking like?

It's a decent number of Africans in the A. They spread out tho, some here some there. Campbellton Rd in SW got a decent # of Africans and I think College Park does too but the big African communities are in Dekalb and Gwinnett County. Stone Mountain and Clarkston got a shyt load of Ethiopians and West Africans.

True. The smaller cities in Georgia are Unless you're a middle aged cac male, a graduate degree is pretty much mandatory if you want to make enough money there to not live in a slum that makes you go

Yeah lot of people don't realize how grimey Georgia is as a state. Macon is on some LA gang banging shyt and they take it very seriously, Augusta is hood, Albany is a shyt hole, and Savannah is the most grimey of all, it looks like a smaller version of New Orleans. Columbus is the only halfway decent city in GA and that ain't really saying much.

ATL is MB's largest American retail market. They sell more Benzes in the metro than both South Florida and So. Cali. Same with Lexus.

I believe the Top Benz dealer in the City is owned by a black dude too, its either the top Benz or BMW dealer. Atlanta would be the easiest to make the new Black Wallstreet the fact is all the blacks are spread out, there are many burbs with majority black pops but their governments are majority White, like Douglassville for example.

They can and they are. I like living in the northeast so atl and down south in general won't work for me outside of a few spots. They have great housing prices but that's it to me though.

Bruh you in the 215? Cmon bruh, there are nikkas getting to the money everywhere but outside of a few cities you not gonna see large groups of Black folks doing they thing. And Philly ain't one of them. nikkas is getting money in NY, ATL, DC, LA, and Chicago but outside of a few areas in Texas and a few in NC that's it. Even Detroit nikkas get more money than Philly nikkas.

Yep...Greg Baranco....dude started off as a salesman and went around to his homeboys and got them to invest in an Oldsmobile Dealership....him and his wife flipped that into one of the largest automotive corps in the south.

Nah, we are still thriving in Harlem and in places like Crown Heights.
