Monroe with another no show down stretch. He missed way to many rebounds toward end. Jennings and smith will get blunt of criticism all year but Monroe singler are not capable of closing games. Singler on young down stretch was retarded. And stukey reverted back to old Stuckey, bull way to rim and prey for foul

:russ: how was this game on Monroe? Quite a few times he was under the basket by himself against 3 other Lakers. C'mon man.

It's a trend. Plays like an all star in first half, disappears in 2nd. He's in contract year, and showing routinely he is not a franchise player like he is likely to be paid. And det got killed on glass in 4th qtr due to Monroe lack of rebounding

They can still blow it up, but it would take firing Dumars to do it, he's not going to admit his mistake signing Smith & Jennings. He's great at finding players in the draft, but absolutely terrible when he has a blank check.

On the bright side, maybe they miss the playoffs and you end up with a top 3 pick.

I don't know how Dumars weaseled his way into keeping the job after that debacle last season. :snoop:

One of his biggest flaws is that he doesn't know when to cut bait. That, and as you pointed out, he has no idea what to do when he has a barrel full of money. Oh, and don't forget the coaching hires either. At this point if they just fired him or demoted him to strictly some kind of draft consultant I'd be all for it.

And Coach Ass Cheeks needs to :camby: too. While the team's structure is clearly flawed, it's still talented enough to be a top 5 team in the current :trash: that is the east. Defensively they are as lost as any team I've ever seen. No idea how they wanna defend the p-n-r, off ball movement confuses the hell out of them, Josh Smith has no concept of staying with his man on the perimeter, Singler has opposing players doing the :birdman: handrub when they see him guarding them, Jennings plays d like a nikka playing 2k, just spamming x/square instead of getting in a defensive stance and moving his feet, and Drummond looks like he's regressed defensively cause he's constantly out of position due to the aforementioned clusterfukk. Our rim protector is never at the rim and his mobility and quick hands aren't being used on p n r switches either. Lawrence Frank had a Ferrari and only took it out of the garage on occasion cause he was still getting used to handling it. Cheeks is putting 15,000 miles on it using it to go to the gotdayum grocery store every day. What a waste of a year. Only worthwhile if he coaches us to a top 5 lottery pick.

With our luck they gonna get the #9 pick in the lottery and have to give it the bobcats

Bu-bu-bu-bu-but Jennings and Smith aren't the problem. :laff:

@WOAHMYGOODNESS @wire28 @pawdalaw

This is what happens when you don't watch games.
