Is that waterpik floss really that much better than regular flossing?

Yes, so much easier to use. When i use the manual floss I have to re floss the tooth to make sure everything is out, and sometimes i would go too deep and cut myself. With the waterpik all you do is put the tip (pause) between your teeth and make sure the water is going in between with your tongue. I already put 3 of my people on and my whole family uses it now.

why?

a lot of gum uses sucrose. That shyt will rot your teeth. If your gonna chew gum you gotta get the ones that use xylitol (its sugar but not as destructive). Personally, I only use lozenges now because its increases saliva which is protective and kills bacteria in your mouth

Just invested in some Crest Strips - Had whitening gel and trays, wasnt working either the trays werent fitting well or the gel was ass either way I said fukk it and bought the strips
Stocked up on some sugar free gum, to make my breath smell good after eating and stimulate Saliva and raise PH

My neighbor is a dentist, and he says most people that he encounters that have poor detal hygeine or bad breath etc, are dehydrated or have poor eating habits.


I brush 3x a day, thats how I was taught to do it, so My teeth are nice and shiny.

I read that it should be two times because brushing muliptle times wipes off the enamel or some shyt like that

I dunno, Im not really with these generic brands of whitening gel especially.
I'd rather pay a little extra and cop it from well known brands such as Opalescence or some ish
And that gel dont even tell you the %
But thats just me, it could still work but I'd be a bit weary.


My strips should be here tomorrow, had profesional effects used 9 of those didnt see much difference, so I copped the Supreme Flexifit ones which have longer strips (Bottom one of proffesional seemed a little too short for my liking) , higher % and supposed to fit better.
If this dont work I fukking give up lol I done spent a lot of money this month on whitening products, two sets of whitening gels, boil n bite trays x2, two sets of whitening strips, custom tray. I need to recoup. Gonna try sell the whitening gels on ebay and see If I can make some money back.

Yeah I dont want mine over white, where people who dont even know you can see you've clearly bleached your teeth.
I want a natural ish or just above natural looking white

Dentist cleaning, whitening then go from there if anything else is needed such as bonding.

if you have bad breath, dry mouth and canker sores, you need to change your diet and drink more water. At the most all you need is a tooth brush and baking soda. Peroxide for whitening and to kill infections and if you like the taste, mouth wash. All these products are probably less inexpensive and more effective than the junk the in OP's post.

and floss. If you have bad breath chances are you have bacteria pockets in your gums that can only be removed by flossing under the gum line.

Plus those therabreath rinses are good for bad breath, but not to protect your teeth from decay.

i stopped using strips because they were fukking with my dental nerves. It put the whole half of my face in pain for a few seconds. Thats all it took for me to learn my lesson. Hopefully it doesnt happen to you.

I've used those before. Its worth the money. Cost effective compared to the strips and doesnt fukk with your nerves as much

have you ever used the rinse? It makes you produce a shyt load of saliva which kills bacteria and raises the PH in your mouth to stop the acid from wearing away your teeth.
I've been using it for almost a month now and i will never use another toothpaste or rinse. My mouth has never felt this clean ever. And when you add the nasal sinus drips,o lawd, your breath smells so fresh
