do you guys keep a spreadsheet of ur bets and winnings etc.?

ill say that this is the only reason i can keep on gambling... im up because i absolutely killed in the mlb season this year... but before that I was down 600 from nba/nfl in 2013...

i could rationalize to myself that 600 bucks was less then i made in a week back then so i just viewed it as an expense i paid.. that made me enjoy some games more... some less.... but overall it gave me some enjoyment...

even if ur down 1-2k... atleast keep a record of it... so u know what uve lost....

all sites ive been on have a full history of ur deposits and withdrawals.

not really, I usually keep a consistent balance at one place and I can keep most of it in my head. When I was younger I was a lot dumber with it
