just have to say i love having a comfortable bankroll now, I can drop 50 on a +190 guy I couldn't before and have that win and feel fukking good after I haven't been able to do that for so many years
first day of paris did decently, but only took a few fresh guys.
tuesday has much less to pick from, so different strategy but it's not really throwing darts either
de schepper +190 - chardy is one of the few frenchmen who do badly in paris and he had a long week last week
cuevas +210 - people have been overrating mayer after he GOATed agaisnt federer, and i've been taking advantage. both similar mostly "meh" hardcourt players
pouille +260 - fading ivo who has played 10 matches in 3 weeks straight, has always done badly in paris, and that hometown factor with an inexplicable french qualifier who plays out of his mind at home, already scoring 2 big upsets in qualies
avoiding goffin and robredo as they both had long weeks and are probably exhausted, and monfils would love to take but he hasn't played in a month due to knee issues
gillou -175 biggest play, really like him for this week, even going to take him to beat ferrer next round if they both get there.
Anticipate a Ferrer/Djokovic and Federer/Stan semifinals, but Joker is a new dad, Murray has been playing like top 4 material, Stan has been trash, very interesting tournament. How I bet doesn't really lend itself to futures, but Federer +275 looks awesome. Almost no one who is a proper threat, avoids all the top players with an easy draw, AND can beat Djokovic in a final if it comes down to that. Really great future.
